Instructions for use of ultrasonic cleaning machines
As usual, I will explain the operation process of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The purpose is to guide the operator to correctly operate and use the ultrasonic cleaning machine, avoid unnecessary damage to the machine, strengthen self care, and extend the service life of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The operation process of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is as follows:
Operators of ultrasonic cleaning machines must undergo training before taking up their jobs to control equipment performance and operating techniques.
The cleaning machine should be placed in a clean, monotonous, non corrosive environment to avoid violent vibration.
Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply, switch, indicator light, indicator light, and protective cover are normal, and whether the machine can reveal liquid, and ensure that each cleaning tank is clean.
4. There is no detergent in the cleaning tank. Please do not start the machine to avoid damaging the ultrasonic system.
5. Sufficient heat dissipation space should be reserved at the rear of the generator.
6. Ensure that the machine is well grounded to avoid personal injury.
7. Put in cleaning liquid and workpiece, and cover with protective cover. Set cleaning parameters such as temperature, time, and current, turn on the working power supply, and check whether the ultrasonic wave works normally.
8. The workpiece should be placed in a cleaning basket to stop cleaning, and should not be placed directly at the bottom of the tank to avoid affecting the cleaning effect.
9. Place the cleaned product on the weekly turntable in order. Prevent the workpiece from scratching the surface during handling and cleaning.
10. If there is any abnormality during the cleaning process, immediately stop the machine for inspection. After the shortcomings are eliminated, normal consumption can be achieved.
11. The cleaning solution must be regularly changed to ensure that the cleaned product meets the process requirements.
If any water leakage is found in the cleaning tank, it shall be immediately closed and suspended. After the cleaning liquid is emptied, contact the seller.
13. Do not disassemble the machine without permission.
14. After cleaning, it is necessary to cut off the power supply to prevent accidents. Remove dirt from the equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the machine. Make records of spot checks.
15. Before packaging, the parts must be air-cooled to room temperature.
16. The temperature of the cleaning fluid increases with the continuous working time, and the continuous working time of the cleaning machine does not exceed 8 hours
17. After cleaning a washing machine with a heating device, it is necessary to first turn off the heater and allow the cleaning liquid to cool before pouring out the cleaning liquid.
18. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited around the ultrasonic cleaning machine, flammable and explosive materials are not allowed to be stored, and fire prevention measures are taken
19. The power supply and electric heater power supply must have a good grounding device.
20. When there is no water or solvent in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, do not start it, otherwise it may cause air vibration, damage or discard the vibrating rod head.
21. When there is no liquid in the ultrasonic cleaning machine with a heating system, stop turning on the heating switch.
22. The bottom of the cleaning tank should be cleaned regularly, without excessive debris or dirt.
23. During the use of the washing machine, please do not put your fingers into the cleaning slot, otherwise you may feel tingling or discomfort.
24. Each time a new fluid is changed, the parts need to be ultrasonically activated before cleaning.
25. Prevent the use of corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids such as alcohol and gasoline as cleaning agents in washing machines to avoid causing risk situations such as fire.
26. When corrosive or volatile cleaning fluids are required, indirect cleaning methods can be used. That is, first add water to the cleaning pool, then pour the required cleaning solution into a suitable container, place it in the object to be cleaned, and then immerse the container containing the cleaning solution and the cleaning object in the cleaning pool to begin cleaning.
27. Try to avoid working continuously for a long time, and generally do not exceed 30 minutes. After each use, it should be turned off for more than 20 minutes, and then turned on again.
28. When using, do not put too little cleaning or degassing solvent, at least 1/2 of which is in the cleaning tank, and ordinary 2/3 of which is in the cleaning tank.
29. Prevent the splashing of conductive liquids (such as water) from the air inlet on the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet, otherwise it may cause serious damage to the circuit system of the cleaning machine.
30. Keep the equipment clean and turn off the power when not in use.
31. Avoid equipment collision or violent vibration.
32. Keep away from heat sources.
33. Avoid storing the equipment in a humid environment.
34. The continuous working time of the equipment shall not exceed 4H. Assuming that the continuous working time is too long, adjust the ultrasonic conditioning knob to the "0" position, and the cooling fan continues to work. When the ultrasonic wave is not started, heat the control cabinet for at least 2 minutes.
35. For washing machines that operate for a long time, before shutting down, the power knob should be turned to the "0" position. Before shutting down, the fan should be operated for 3-6 minutes to ensure heat dissipation in the power supply.
36. The cleaning solution should be precipitated, filtered, or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the cleaning effect.
